Enjoy a Life Worth Living!
"For as long as I can remember, I have always had an interest in understanding how and why people do the things they do. I spent many years working this out for myself! I also have a strong passion to support others through their troubles, to support people to suffer less and to build lives that are worth living."
My Mission
Registered Psychologist BPsych(Hons), PostGrad DipPsych MAPS
When you’re living in misery and your life feels like it’s constantly on fire, life can feel unbearable. Hope can be lost. A life that’s worth getting out of bed for can seem pointless. My mission is to be a lighthouse for my clients. To shine a light to help people navigate their way, out of the misery. To hold hope for clients until they can hold it for themselves. Pain in life is inevitable, suffering though is optional. My vision is to help people to let go of the suffering. If you can develop the skills to do this, you can build a life that has meaning and just maybe create a life with joy and fulfilment in it. If I can do it, so can you.

Trauma Focused CBT
Trauma-focused cognitive behavioural therapy addresses the specific emotional and mental health needs to overcome the destructive effects of early trauma.
Schema therapy
Schema therapy is designed to address unmet core emotional needs. The approach supports clients to break unhelpful patterns of thinking, feeling and behaving, which develop when core needs have not been met.
